This Twilight School (Harbor City/Francis M. Woods Sr. High Schools) is uniquely designed to impact the skills of self-motivated and positive participants: students and adults. Senior high school students receive functional test strategies, individualized course work, and support with graduation credit requirements. Upon course completion, participants are expected to enrich their self-esteem by becoming more knowledgeable, better skilled citizens, and consumers. Each course is modeled with strategies to encourage, challenge, and reward a variety of educational opportunities.

Funding is provided through the Remedial Funds and efforts of the Baltimore City Public School System,
