This Twilight School (Harbor City/Francis M. Woods Sr. High Schools) is uniquely designed to impact the skills of self-motivated and positive participants:  students and adults.  Senior high school students receive functional test strategies, individualized course work, and support with graduation credit requirements.  Upon course completion, participants are expected to enrich their self-esteem by becoming more knowledgeable, better skilled citizens, and consumers.  Each course is modeled with strategies to encourage, challenge, and reward a variety of educational opportunities.

Funding
Funding is provided through the Remedial Funds and efforts of the Baltimore City Public School System, to garner additional resources. Courses are offered at "no cost" to the student/participant.

FOCUS
To create, emphasize, and maintain a safe environment that will assess, review, improve, mentor, and support  the short and long term goals of each Academy participant.
